The National Football League Schedule Release means Week 1 betting lines are on the board at sportsbooks around the country.
Hosting the Buffalo Bills in the NFL regular season opener on Thursday, September 8, the Super Bowl champion Los Angeles Rams sit as a marginal one-point favorite over the team that owns the lowest odds to win it all in 2022.
In the two other Week 1 primetime matchups, both visiting teams are favored. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers opened as a 2.5-point road favorite over the Dallas Cowboys (Sunday Night Football) while Russell Wilson and the Denver Broncos are giving 4 points to the Seahawks on Monday night in Seattle.
The largest Week 1 game spread opened with the visiting Indianapolis Colts laying 7.5 points against the Houston Texans.
Three more games had at least 6 points separating the sides. The reigning AFC champion Cincinnati Bengals are 6.5-point home favorites against the division rival Pittsburgh Steelers. The San Francisco 49ers favored by 6.5 points in their battle with the Chicago Bears. The New York Giants are 6.5-point road underdogs against the Tennessee Titans.
All lines were taken from DraftKings Sportsbook app (New Jersey) on May 12.
